Scissors around the world snipped at record speeds on Earth Day, April 22 as stylists from Aveda Salons, Institutes and Experience Centers volunteered their hair cutting expertise in exchange for a client’s donation in an exciting 24-hour global cut-a-thon. The mission? To raise funds to support clean water projects and to set a Guinness World Record for the most money raised for charity by haircuts in a 24-hour period.

We couldn’t wait to share photos from around the world of this amazing event and to celebrate all of the fantastic efforts that took place. Here are a few highlights!
