Just got back to our bungalow after a long day of class and then finished strong with some power yoga.
This morning we did did an exercise on lines and how they play a vital role in architecture as well as hairdressing. Vidal Sassoon was always inspired by architecture and geometric shapes and Sassoon’s way of approaching hair really reflects that. Here is a model our instructor Tina did , her work is amazing and she sees the world in hair.
Our class did models as well and we learned cuts based on the Muses Collection with a few twists to make it a bit more wash and wear. Below is a photo of my model and I am already thinking of clients to come home and try various versions of this on.
Only two more days to go and am totally re-inspired and ready to get back to work and behind the chair !
