Plum Salon requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment; in the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the service that was missed. No shows are included under this policy.
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.
